Review by hotel critic
My colleague and I had a fantastic stay at Felisa Hotel during the Christmas holidays. The location, though slightly removed from the city center, suited us perfectly, offering a peaceful retreat. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service from the reception staff, particularly Maxim, who went above and beyond to assist us. The room was cozy, with a unique decor that added a touch of charm to our stay. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, allowing us to stay connected effortlessly. The hotel's restaurant was a highlight, serving a delightful range of European and Caucasian dishes. We particularly enjoyed the attentive service and the personal touch from the owner during a guided tour. The proximity to Kievskaya Metro Station was convenient for exploring the city, although we found it a bit challenging with our luggage. Nevertheless, the spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and pleasant courtyard area more than made up for it. Felisa Hotel provided us with a memorable experience, blending comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. It's a hidden gem in Kharkov, offering a unique glimpse into Ukrainian hospitality and culture. As a freelance journalist passionate about Eastern European cultures, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to travelers seeking a cozy retreat with a personal touch.
